i've been super into cooking this year. it fits well with the cold rainy weather we've been having. 
last night i made my mom's famous eggplant parm. by the time i was finished i wasn't hungry enough to really dig in but the small piece i did have was pretty delicious.
i made the eggplant with Louis C.K. playing in the background. i order you to go and rent one of his stand-up shows right now, he's my new favorite.
